I designed and built a fully integrated Management Hub using Notion — chosen for its flexibility to model any structure — integrated with Google Workspace as the existing communication and document infrastructure. The system brings together personal goal-setting, strategic planning, people management, and connections to existing tools — creating a single, structured environment where leadership decisions can be made with context, not memory.
